Lucid dreaming is the ability to become consciously aware that you are dreaming while you are in the dream state. Yet some experienced lucid dreamers like Robert, know that there is far more to it than that. Lucid dreaming can allow a person to access and interact directly with one’s larger awareness (what Carl Jung refers to as the Self). You will see and learn how lucid dreaming can be used as a practical tool for psychological development, spiritual growth and greater conscious awareness.
