This short session explores our fear of the future and how we can become active agents in giving form to it.
Many of us feel helpless or overwhelmed when we look ahead. Jungian Analyst and Alchemist Robert Bosnak shows that we can find the medicine in the poisonous fear.
Using an alchemical approach, he invites us to take a homeopathic dose of our fear—just enough to work with it, not be overcome by it. When we stay with the fear and explore it imaginatively, it can turn into a surprising source of agency.
This 20-minute talk, followed by a 10-minute Q&A, offers a concise and practical way to regain a sense of agency in uncertain times. It is a small but meaningful step toward engaging your future more consciously.
