Many of us feel helpless or overwhelmed when we look ahead. Jungian Analyst and Alchemist Robert Bosnak shows that we can find the medicine in the poisonous fear.

Using an alchemical approach, he invites us to take a homeopathic dose of our fear—just enough to work with it, not be overcome by it. When we stay with the fear and explore it imaginatively, it can turn into a surprising source of agency.

Robert Bosnak

Robert Bosnak, PsyA, is a Jungian psychoanalyst who graduated from the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich in 1977. He pioneered the Embodied Imagination® method, that is being applied by practitioners worldwide. Robert Bosnak is a Core Faculty Member at Jung Platform.
