The day blends lecture with hands-on practice, including movement, dream inquiry, drawing, and writing. You will learn to cultivate a friendly relationship with your body, navigate uncertainty, and reignite your vitality.

The body is the soul's home. It is an essential ally in our psychological and spiritual lives. 

In this live, daylong webinar, we practice Marion Woodman's embodied Jungian approach. You will see that transformation is possible for everyone. The love that enables it sits at the heart of this work. 

Tina Stromsted was mentored by, and later taught alongside, Marion Woodman for decades. She will explore Woodman's core insights. The sacredness of the physical form. Dreams and imagination as reliable guides. The "inner marriage" as a path to wholeness. We look at addiction, perfectionism, and compulsion as concretized spiritual hunger, archetypal longings redirected into literal habits. 

Woodman's map of conscious femininity Maiden, Mother, Virgin, Crone, uses archetypal language. Yet these dynamics belong to everyone, across all genders. We also honor her key collaborators: Mary Hamilton, dancer, and Ann Skinner, voice teacher and mask maker. 

Alongside visual presentations, you will enter guided, accessible practices. Movement. Dream inquiry. Drawing. Reflective writing. Poetry. Everything here is non-performative and invitational. Bring your curiosity and your questions. When life feels overwhelming, fragmented, or numb, creative practice restores presence. It helps us befriend the unknown and shape what is trying to emerge. Group sharing will support both understanding and integration. 
No prior background in Jung or Woodman is needed. Optional readings will be provided.

As with all our programs, recordings will be available if you cannot attend live or if you would like to watch the sessions again.

ABout the teacher

Tina Stromsted

Tina Stromsted, Ph.D., MFT, LPCC, BC-DMT, SEP, is a Jungian psychoanalyst, dance and somatic psychotherapist, and international educator. Her work follows the psyche as it moves through breath, sensation, image, dream, and the living body.

Dr. Stromsted is senior faculty with the Marion Woodman Foundation. Marion Woodman invited her to help carry forward and thoughtfully evolve her teaching lineage at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Building on their long collaboration and years of co-facilitating the Wellsprings of Feminine Renewal programs, Dr. Stromsted and her team led the first next-generation Leadership Training Program.

Together with colleagues who have also studied and contributed to this field, she continues to teach BodySoul work. She also integrates these teachings with her own Soul’s Body approach to embodied Jungian practice.

Do I need to be familiar with Marion Woodman's work before joining?

No. The webinar introduces Woodman's core concepts directly, including the inner marriage, conscious femininity, and addiction as concretized spiritual hunger. No prior reading is required, though optional materials are provided for those who want to go deeper.

The Maiden, Mother, Virgin, Crone archetypes sound gendered. Is this only for women?

No. While Woodman's language for conscious femininity draws on these specific archetypal images, the psychological dynamics she describes belong to everyone, regardless of gender.
