WHO WAS CARL JUNG?

Carl Gustav Jung (1875–1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist, explorer of the inner world, and one of the founding fathers of psychoanalysis.

A contemporary and one-time collaborator of Sigmund Freud, Jung broke away and developed his own distinct approach to understanding the structure and dynamics of the psyche.

Jung's work sought to articulate a psychological language for the soul. He drew from a wide range of sources, including science, philosophy, mythology, and world religions.

IS JUNG STILL RELEVANT TODAY?

Most certainly. Jungian psychology's focus on meaning, inner conflict, and integration addresses challenges that are often overlooked.

People struggle with purpose, anxiety, and identity, and Jung’s ideas about the shadow, archetypes, and individuation offer practical tools for deeper self-understanding.

In therapy, coaching, creativity, and leadership, Jung’s framework continues to help people live with more awareness, authenticity, and meaning.
