In just 15 minutes, Tina Stromsted offers you techniques to experience the depths of your psyche through fairy tales.

Fairy tales are a way to explore universal themes, archetypes, and complexes that resonate within our own lives and psyches. These tales provide insight into our inner worlds. They carry wisdom within the characters and experiences they portray. By engaging with fairy tales, you can tap into this ancient wisdom, allowing it to inform and enrich your life.

Animals, elves, witches and wizards —all these figures hold unique wisdom that can transform our habitual ways of being in the world. By working with the characters of this tale we can find agency, embrace vulnerability, discover our own unknown desires, and cultivate healthy assertiveness. 

Through embodying these fairy tale figures, we access deep archetypal experiences. Tina combines both analysis and embodiment, providing practical tools in this short video to help you let the figures of the tale embody you.
