LEARNING PATH

Codependency & Narcissism

Codependency and narcissism are strategies to avoid inner anxiety. Both reflect a fragile ego shaped by unmet needs. Narcissism inflates the  self. Codependency abandons it.  Growth requires facing fear, reclaiming responsibility, and developing an inner authority beyond others’ approval.

FOR Emotional Healing

This learning path explores the complex dance between codependency and narcissism. Through Jungian insight and mythic reflections, you will learn about the deeper forces shaping your bonds. This learning path helps with reclaiming autonomy and authenticity.

HOW THIS PATH CAN HELP YOU

Understanding that these traits stem from wounds helps you respond with compassion. Compassion goes hand in hand with setting boundaries. Seeing what belongs to you and what belongs to others becomes easier when you understand the psychological dynamics.

A depth perspective reconnects you with meaning, when you see your struggles as part of the larger story of your individuation.
  • Freedom from repetition by recognizing patterns and knowing how to break the cycle of these relationships.
  • A depth perspective helps to move beyond blame and encourages emotional honesty.
  • Restoration of personal agency when you become conscious of the unconscious dynamics at play.
  • Foster wholeness when holding both light and shadow in yourself (and others) so that authentic relationships get a real chance.
