LEARNING PATH

Shadow Work

The shadow refers to parts of ourselves that we deny, repress, or disown. Shadow work means becoming aware of these parts. By accepting the shadow, we improve our psychological health.

A learning PATH FOR shadow work

Jung introduced the idea of the shadow to describe the parts of the personality that the ego doesn’t identify with or accept. It includes everything we repress, deny, or find uncomfortable in ourselves. Yet it also contains potential and vitality.
